MEDICINE ASSISTANCE

Vineyard Medicine Assistance Program (MAP)

Our church makes prescription medications available to many people who cannot afford to buy them. If you need help, bring your written prescriptions to the Vineyard during MAP hours and complete an application.

After approval, you will given a voucher which must be redeemed at:
Walmart
3201 Princeton Rd
Hamilton, OH 45011
(Just down the street from our building)

You are eligible for Vineyard MAP if are a Butler County resident, have a valid prescription, and:
* Have no prescription drug insurance

MAP Hours
* Every Monday 6-8pm

Location:
* New Life Vineyard Church, 2470 Princeton Road

Bring with you:
* Picture ID
* Prescription from doctor (the scrip, not a refill bottle)
* Proof of residency

NOT ALL MEDICINES ARE AVAILABLE IN OUR PROGRAM!
