Upward is a basketball and cheerleading ministry for boys and girls in kindergarten through 8th grade. The 2010 season will begin in January and end in March. Upward is a league in which every child is able to play and participate regardless of experience or skill level. In the basketball leagues every child gets an equal amount of playing time. Children practice one night a week and have a game each Saturday morning or early afternoon.

Important dates:

Evaluation day is Saturday November 6, 2009. They will be held in the church gym.

Kindergarten through 2nd grade boys and girls
Saturday, November 6, between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
3rd and 4th grade boys and girls
Saturday, November 6, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
5th through 8th grade boys and girls
Saturday, November 6 between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Registration:

To register your child please download and complete a registration form. This registration form may be mailed in or dropped off (with the registration fee) at the New Life Vineyard Church Office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Registration Fee:

The early registration cost per child for basketball is $55; after November 6, the cost is $65.
The early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $58; after November 6, the cost is $68.
Checks may be made payable to New Life Vineyard Church.
